During the annual Operation Dry Water heightened awareness and enforcement three-day weekend, law enforcement officers will be on heightened alert for those violating boating under the influence laws.

Thank you to all the law enforcement agencies and USCG units who participated in Operation Dry Water Weekend 2017!
Immediately following the Operation Dry Water weekend, we ask that participating agencies/USCG report the activity from their Operation Dry Water patrols so we can determine the impact and success of this year's campaign.
Please submit your report form as quickly as possible following Operation Dry Water weekend, June 30 - July 2, 2017.

The Operation Dry Water Awards Program recognizes law enforcement officers and agencies that are making a positive impact on boating under the influence (BUI).
These law enforcement officers and agencies participate in the national Operation Dry Water (ODW) campaign and make a difference in recreational boating safety by raising awareness about the dangers of boating under the influence and by removing impaired operators from the nation’s waterways – protecting our nation and the communities they serve.
Operation Dry Water and the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) will recognize the top agencies and officer nationwide based on BUI related activity and their participation in the 2017 Operation Dry Water campaign.
